Infinite Technology is an accomplished software and systems engineering firm with extensive experience in the planning and execution of wide-ranging software development projects. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Infinite Technology, which will remain an independent unit within AxTechnology, brings a wealth of technology knowledge and proven software/systems engineering capabilities to AxTechnology.
