Our goals are to provide the highest quality of service, on time, within budget and focus exceeding the customer's expectations. We accomplish these goals by using our system of quality assurance developed over the years of working closely with each customer. Using all forms of communications, we balance immediate results and long term benefits, define requirements, develop a master plan, identify implementation steps, designate supervision and inspection teams, and continually encourage feedback to and from our valued customers. RSI established policies and procedures in order to promote its goal of strong economic development within and for the community, through such measures as providing opportunities, training facilities, joint ventures, targeting revitalization, and other special projects that will further enhance the quality of life. Our desire is to give back to the community, by participating in Summer Youth Programs, Apprenticeship Programs, and continue to look for new ways and ideas to expand our goals by training craftsmen for future growth. Retrofit Systems, Inc. is determined to make a difference in the economic growth in the community and is involved in the renovation of commercial properties within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Committed to securing future contracts from the federal government, state, county, and local municipalities; RSI will also continue engaging in design built projects, construction management, as well as property management Overall, the goals of the company are to provide quality workmanship to its clients, community involvement, training of future craftsmen and continued growth. The corporate efforts will continue toward expansion of contract opportunities with all Federal agencies and local municipalities.
