Mitchell Foreman, founder and president of Retrofit Systems, Inc. (RSI) has over 20 years experience in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning as well as a variety of construction protocols. He is a licensed HVAC Master Mechanic, licensed General Contractor, and successfully completed the Nuclear Welding Program established by the United Association of the United Association of Plumbers & Steamfitters International Union in Terre Haute, Indiana. RSI founded on March 11, 1992 and has been an integral part of the small business general construction industry. RSI obtained its incorporation from the Commonwealth of Virginia April 30, 1993. May 7, 1996 the company received their 8(a) Certification from the Small Business Administration (SBA) which qualify them as a small, disadvantage and minority business and has expanded operations to include federal government projects. Along with achieving multiples certification from several other local agencies Retrofit Systems, Inc. established credit history, bonding ability and various financial business relationships to help in its continuing growth. |
